Compliance: Statement of Intent
Our Purpose: To enforce NSW employee relations regulation and create a compliance culture in local government, transport, construction and private sector workplaces through activities that are delivered on time, within budget and to the community’s expectations.
Our Approach: A strategic enforcement model that uses formal investigative tools, collaboration with stakeholders, dissemination of information and education to prevent and deter unlawful behaviour.
