Report an issue anonymously

Are you aware of someone who has not received their Long Service Leave, an entitlement under a Transport or Taxi Determination, perhaps an issue relating to the NSW Building and Construction Guidelines? Have you heard of a business or organisation that may not be providing their employees with relevant entitlements under NSW laws? NSW ER wants to hear from you, lodge an anonymous report and help us help the people of NSW.

What can I report?

NSW Industrial Relations regulates and administers state based industrial legislation and instruments, ensuring compliance and securing outcomes for the people of NSW.

You can use the form below to report issues to us anonymously regarding:

  • the Long Service Leave Act 1955,
  • Local Government
  • Transport and Taxi Industry Contract Determinations, and
  • the NSW Building and Construction Guidelines

Do not use this form if you have an issue with pay or conditions that are not covered by the above legislation or instruments, such as payment of minimum wage under an Award or superannuation.

If your report is concerning pay and conditions not covered by the above legislation or instruments you can report an issue anonymously through the Fair Work Ombudsman’s website. If your report is concerning superannuation or taxation you can make an anonymous report on the Australian Taxation Office website. For more information on superannuation or taxation visit the Australian Taxation Office website or call 13 28 61.

What happens with my report?

We will use your information to help us plan our education and other compliance activities. We may share the information with Commonwealth, other State or Territory bodies where it’s likely to assist in compliance of relevant legislation.

NSW Industrial Relations will not contact you to discuss the information you have provided.
