What type of offer?
When you are offered a job, your employer will need to let you know what employment conditions and pay you will be getting in writing which will be set out in a letter of offer.
Before you can make a decision about whether to accept the job, you will need to find out what industrial relations system your employer is covered by as this affects what type of offer you will receive.
State
If your employer is covered by the state industrial relations system when they offer you work they should tell you which award or enterprise agreement you will be working under.
Federal
If you employer is covered by the federal industrial relations system, you could be working under a federal award, collective agreement or they may offer you an Individual Transitional Employment Agreements (ITEA).
