Annual leave
Full-time and part-time employees in
This includes all employees, whether they are paid a salary, wages, piecework rates or are paid wholly or partly by commission.
Remember, if you are a casual, you should receive an additional payment of 1/12th the hourly rate each hour for holiday pay, instead of getting actual paid leave.

Leave loading
Some employees are entitled to be paid a leave loading, which is a pay bonus when you are on annual leave. It only applies to some awards and agreements.
