Understanding awards is a practical workshop designed to provide employers with a general introduction to awards and the key employment obligations under NSW industrial relations laws, including annual holidays and long service leave.

Using Awards is a series of award specific workshops for employers who already have an understanding of the basics of awards but require a more thorough working knowledge of the key provisions in awards. Working in small groups, participants will be guided by the presenter through a range of practical scenarios.
