Step 4 - Reviewing the draft agreement

Why you should have your agreement reviewed

Developing an enterprise agreement is not always as easy as it looks. It is possible to avoid problems by seeking advice at an early stage, even before you have begun to negotiate the agreement. The earlier you seek help the better, but it is never too late to seek assistance.

Where to get help

Workplace Advice may be contacted at:
McKell Building, 2-24 Rawson Place, Sydney NSW 2000
Telephone (02) 9020 4612 Fax: (02) 9020 4735 Hotline: 1800 803 836

Other organisations that may be able to provide more detailed assistance with the drafting, review and lodging of your enterprise agreement are:

  • Your employer association or your union;
  • Your solicitor or accountant;
  • Private industrial relations consultants.

      Option 1 - the union/s

      Please proceed to Step 6.

      Option 2 - the employees

      Please proceed to Step 5.
