How much does an entertainment industry agent's licence cost?

New licences:

  • Application fee $100.00
  • Entertainment industry agent $200.00
  • Manager $200.00
  • Venue Consultant $200.00

Annual continuation fee:

  • Entertainment industry agent $200.00
  • Manager $200.00
  • Venue Consultant $200.00

Can I open my shop on a Sunday?

Under certain circumstances, 'general' shops may be permitted to open on Sundays pursuant to the granting of an exemption. Exemptions may be granted for furniture, electrical goods, and/or hardware shops. Exemptions may also be granted for shops with significant tourist/visitor trade, significant public demand or in holiday resort areas.

How do I apply for a licence/permit to open on a Sunday?

Applications for section 78A exemptions should be made by letter, accompanied by a fee of $100.00 for each separate shop for which an exemption is required.
