OIR Publications

You can now download NSW private sector awards, in full, free of charge.  Pay Rate Updates is a free new service that provides subscribers with the latest information on changes to NSW pay rates, award conditions and leave entitlements by email.

OIR has a range of publications to help employees and employers understand their rights and obligations under NSW industrial legislation. The following list includes all the publications that are available from OIR.

All the legislation that OIR administers can be accessed directly from the NSW Legislation website by using the View option in the following table. It may also be purchased through Shop.nsw by selecting the Buy Me option.

All awards can be purchased through Shop.nsw as well. Every award in Awards Online has a 'Buy this Award' link to Shop.nsw. To locate an award for purchase, use the Awards Alphabetical list or Find an Award section.
