Workplace policies - write your rules

Well written workplace policies help employers manage more effectively by setting out what is acceptable and unacceptable in the workplace. This intensive workshop helps employers and managers plan, write and apply workable policies to suit their individual workplaces. 

The workshop covers:

• the steps in planning, developing and writing workplace policies, policy structure and content
• introducing policies into the workplace
• discussion of contemporary policy issues in the workplace.
