Website Privacy Policy for Visitors and Users of the Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) Internet site.

This policy applies to all pages on the Office of Industrial Relations Website unless otherwise indicated.

    • OIR reserves the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where the use of the Office's Website raises a suspicion that an offence is being committed.

  4. OIR provides feedback forms on the Website to allow users to provide valuable input into the future development of the site and to comment on the provision of services by the Office. The provision of personal details on feedback forms is optional. Users may provide personal details for the purpose of receiving a reply to their feedback.
