1. Work for:

• a catering company
• a company's staff canteen (which does not sell to the public)
• a restaurant in a licensed club
• a restaurant in a motel

2. Working in:

• a hotel (when being employed by the hotel)
• a hotel where the restaurant or bistro is leased to another company
