Clerical and Administration

Most employees performing clerical and administrative work are covered by the Clerical and Administrative Employees (State) Award.

Exceptions

1. You may not be covered by an award if you work as a manager, or have managerial responsibilities
2. You work in the public sector, for any government agency or local council.
3. No NSW award covers work done by telephone operators who canvass for the sale of goods, researchers or travel consultants.
