Purchasing awards

You can now download NSW private sector awards, in full, free of charge. 

Pay Rate Updates is a free new service that provides subscribers with the latest information on changes to NSW pay rates, award conditions and leave entitlements by email.

Employers are required by law to exhibit in their workplace those NSW awards that set the pay and working conditions of their employees.

The NSW IR offers an Award Subscription Service to advise employers on all changes, variations and replacement awards. Updated sections of awards are mailed to subscribers immediately after the awards are gazetted.

Individual awards may be purchased online.
