Can the NSW IR investigate my complaint?
Generally, the NSW IR can investigate your complaint when:

you meet the NSW IR's assessment guidelines

you have tried to resolve the matter with your employer

the underpayments relate to work you have undertaken in the last six months
-
your yearly pay does not exceed $100,000 gross
your employer is unincorporated (generally a sole trader or partnership) -
your complaint relates to non-payment of long service leave.
