* Following an application made to the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, on 17 December 2010, the Tribunal reviewed the decision to grant Kmart Orange an exemption to open on Boxing Day 2010. As a result of the review, the ADT overturned the original decision, and refused the application by Kmart to open on Boxing Day 2010. As a result, Kmart is required to remain closed on Boxing Day 2010.
