Unlike private sector awards, which are now part of the national system, the NSW local government awards and agreements are still administered by NSW Industrial Relations.

The Public Sector Management Office [PSMO's website] within the Premier's Department is responsible for information about pay rates and employment conditions applying to most NSW Government departments, agencies and authorities.
