Shop Trading Amendment Act 2009
To view the amended Shop Trading Act.
As a result, all existing applications that NSW Industrial Relations has received prior to 1 October will need to be resubmitted.
No further decision will be made on outstanding applications received prior to 1 October 2009.

Comment is invited from interested parties on the following applications for an exemption to open on the identified restricted day. Any interested party has 21 days from the date published to make comment. Comment can be made at ShopTrading@services.nsw.gov.au quoting the NSW IR reference number.
