The NSW Government has provided a Position Statement on the Fair Work Act review to the Panel that is reviewing the Commonwealth law (pdf - 218Kb). The statement was filed on 5 April 2012.

The NSW Government has made a submission to the Fair Work Australia Annual wage Review 2011-2012 (pdf - 383Kb). The submission was filed on 16 March 2012.
