Do you want to lodge a complaint?
The national workplace relations system now covers all employers and employees in New South Wales. Workers with a complaint relating to pay and conditions, threats by an employer or discrimination at work are now assisted by the Fair Work Ombudsman or Fair Work Australia. Your complaint should be lodged with them.
Fair Work Online [Fair Work Ombudsman] provides more information on what to do.
Important note: The Fair Work Ombudsman and Fair Work Australia will refer any complaints covered by NSW legislation to NSW Industrial Relations on your behalf for further action.
